THE WORKOUT
FAME Boxing is a group fitness boxing program that provides you with 50-minute full-body workouts packed with hard work, sweat and lots of fun. . Our workouts are divided into four rounds, each designed to challenge and strengthen your entire body.
Every session kicks off with a thorough warm-up, where we prepare your body for the workout ahead. During the warm-up session, we also introduce you to the six fundamental boxing punches, ensuring you feel confident and ready to take on the heavy bag.
The main workout begins with the first round, where you’ll box against a water-filled heavy bag, applying the techniques you’ve learned and testing your endurance and power. The second round consists of a series of cardio and strength exercises using only your bodyweight. These exercises are specifically designed to elevate your fitness level and build muscle.
After these two intense rounds, you’ll start with another round of boxing. In this second round of boxing you will have to master more challenging boxing combinations. We wrap up the training part of each session with another sweat dripping round of bodyweight exercises.
After the longest 10 minutes of your life you’ll end the session with some well-deserved stretching and cool-down exercises. During cool-down we allow your heart rate to decrease gradually and your muscles to relax, promoting optimal recovery.
You don’t need any prior boxing experience to join us, but good general health is required.
FAME BASIC - SAME SAME BUT MORE
FAME Basic is our beginner-friendly version of the classic FAME Boxing workout, tailored to establish a technical foundation for our other class models. This 50-minute session focuses on thoroughly breaking down the six fundamental boxing strikes and laying the groundwork for functional strength training and high-intensity interval training, all within a non-contact framework.
As a foundational course to our regular workouts, FAME Basic prepares novices for the standard training regimen and offers a simplified glimpse into our comprehensive program. It’s designed not only to educate but also to build confidence and skill from scratch.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS
- be there at least fifteen minutes before the class begins
- bring your sports clothes, training shoes and towel
- bring a bottle of water (for security reasons no glass bottles are allowed in our training room)
- make sure to drink enough water before class
- listen to your body and choose your own pace at all times
