You’ll need wraps (bandages) and boxing gloves for the workouts: You can either bring your own wraps and boxing gloves or you purchase the wraps at our studio and rent out boxing gloves every time you join a class.

Ich komme seit Eröffnung fast jede Woche und trainiere 2-3x im Studio im 1. Bezirk. Durch die laute Musik, die Sound-Anlage und die Licht-Show hat man das Gefühl in einem Club zu sein. Diese Gegebenheiten motivieren sehr und schaffen zusätzlich super Laune beim Training!
